NTT DATA Indonesia develops our Human Resource Management System (HRMS) as a cloud service which accommodates needs of Indonesian local companies. The system accommodates three big main aspects for HRMS, i.e. Employee Self Service (Compensation claim administration, time and attendance, and personnel data management), Payroll administration (Payroll components and tax calculation and payroll administration), and HR Core (employee bank data, career track, training and performance).

NTT DATA Indonesia HRMS features to reduce cost and increase efficiency in HR workflow operation activities. Furthermore, by utilizing the HR Core module, the system offers good employee management which result to increase employee satisfaction and reduce turnover ratio.
